Five years ago, the Government of Canada partnered with the The Rotary Foundation Canada to provide funding of $1.2 million annually as matching funds for Canadian clubs' global grants. At our meeting today, PDG Betty Screpnek, who co-chairs TRFC, provided us with a synopsis of this partnership, which is in its final year.
